0:44Ten Days of WinterSix independent manufacturers coordinate an urgent order and repair their shared plan when a test station fails. An illustrative manufacturing story.1:30What Is Grids?A changed manufacturing fact breaks a six-company plan; Grids shows what still works while commitments, quality, and execution remain in human hands.0:53The Supplies Were Already ThereScattered inventory records are checked against evidence before the model proposes a medical-resupply route for an officer to approve.0:36Contested LogisticsA route closes; the model traces what the change affects, compares three options, and updates several views from the selected plan.1:09How Models ConnectSee separate models run in different places, exchange selected results, and coordinate without combining every system into one.1:12Every System Works. The System Does Not.One transport change makes three separate views disagree; a shared model exposes the mismatch and tests two predefined options for an officer.1:09Decision AdvantageTeams use one live model to see what changed, test feasible options, understand why, and keep the final decision with a person.0:58How Live Data Moves Through a ModelNew data enters under explicit permissions, recalculates only the affected results, and carries its source and history into every view.1:10The Container That Arrived in Only One SystemFive source-owned logistics records become one reviewable dispatch decision without any participant silently acquiring another participant's authority.1:10The Release That Had to Explain Its RollbackA passing service average, a failing canary cohort, and seven unknown external effects produce a bounded rollback with an immutable reason.0:36When the Plan BreaksSeveral disruptions invalidate the plan; the affected models recalculate and a person authorizes the response.0:40AI with Human AuthorityFive AI-written versions of the same requirement return different answers; the film moves the rule into one visible model and keeps approval with a person.0:30From Spreadsheet to Shared ModelA familiar spreadsheet gives experts freedom to build, but separate files leave every organization maintaining its own version of the rules.1:15Trust in an AI-Built WorldWhen AI makes custom software cheap, nearly identical systems can disagree; visible rules, permissions, and history make each answer accountable.0:51The Grid Is Not the ProductThe familiar grid is the interface; Grids is the calculation system underneath that people and organizations can use together.0:44Excel Is the ProofExcel's reach shows how durable the grid interface can be, while AI makes the need for a shared calculation system more urgent.1:12How a Grid Becomes a SystemSee a blank grid become a working model, add specialized tools, and power sheets, maps, charts, documents, and apps from the same logic.0:48The Medical Plan Must MoveThree changes invalidate an initial medical allocation; the model tests options within stated limits and presents the feasible path for human authorization.1:27The Mission Is a Living ModelSeveral local models recalculate as conditions change, share selected results, and keep authorization with a person.1:10The Feeder That Could Not Be Restored YetA mathematically feasible restoration plan remains conditional until current field evidence and accountable operator authority support the next action.
